Floor Repairs

During the renovation process, it's quite often customers consider new carpets. As part of our service, we will ensure that all squeaky floorboards and damaged floorboards are repaired correctly.

Radiator Repositioning

We can reposition any radiator to its new desired location, or simply remove/replace your existing radiator. We ensure the radiator operates correctly and set at the right pressure, once installed.

Extensive Water Damage

We treat affected areas to walls and ceilings where plaster has become damaged to the point of non repair, which results in the plaster coming away. Toucan decorating can remove and replace all affected areas and treat them accordingly. We install new material ensuring the plaster work is free of damp and water. Given most properties suffer from damp this can also be a result of incorrect cavity wall insulation. In these cases we can assist, but advise that you speak to the company who installed it first. We do our upmost to provide customers with long term results. If you have damp we can definitely provide a cure.
